A fast, easy version of stuffed peppers

  • 1 1/2lbs ground beef
  • 3 large green peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 med can of tomato sauce
  • 1 cup instant minute rice

Direcciones

  1. Cut green peppers into large slices or cubes
  2. Slice onion and break apart
  3. Brown ground beef and onion, salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add green peppers
  5. Add can of tomatoes and tomato sauce
  6. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 mins until peppers are soft
  7. Add cup of rice, cover and simmer for 7 mins more.
  8. Serve with garlic bread
