  1. Heat 6 Tbsp. butter. Saute/fry seafood 3 min. Add in mushrooms, saute/fry 2 min. Add in wine. Cook over low heat 5 min. Mix flour, salt, and pepper with cream. Add in to seafood stirring till boiling point. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, dot with remaining butter. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 min. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
