,%20grapefruit,%20oranges,%20white%20button%20mushrooms,%20hydroponic%20tomatoes,%20purple%20top%20turnips,%20green%20onions,%20cilantro,%20brown%20rice,%20mizuna,%20and%20baby%20carrots.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20we%20stopped%20in%20at%20the%20local%20grocery%20store,%20Breaux%20Mart%20(you%20better%20not%20be%20making%20fun%20of%20the%20name...),%20while%20we%20were%20in%20NOLA%20this%20afternoon%20and%20look%20at%20what%20I%20got:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EExciting,%20no?%20%20Why%20can't%20I%20find%20this%20stuff%20in%20my%20really%20local%20grocery%20store?%20Anyway,%20I%20got%20pretty%20excited%20at%20the%20store.%20%20Oh,%20I%20forgot%20to%20include%20a%20picture%20of%20the%20frozen%20vegan%20burrito%20I%20found.%20%20It%20was%20pretty%20low%20calorie%20and%20lowfat%20too%20(there%20were%20several%20other%20vegetarian%20burritos,%20but%20only%20one%20that%20was%20vegan).%20%20I%20don't%20usually%20buy%20the%20prepared%20foods%20much%20anymore,%20but%20I%20thought%20this%20would%20be%20a%20nice%20treat%20in%20a%20hurry.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20night%20I%20got%20a%20chocolate%20craving,%20and%20I%20found%20a%20recipe%20for%20Chocolate%20Cake%20in%205%20Minutes.%20%20Yup,%20you%20got%20it.%20%20Chocolate%20cake%20right%20out%20of%20your%20cup!%20%20I%20did%20adjust%20the%20recipe%20however,%20to%20make%20it%20vegan.%20%20It%20didn't%20rise%20a%20ton,%20and%20I%20did%20it%20in%20a%20bowl,%20because%20I%20wasn't%20sure%20what%20would%20happen,%20hehehe.%20%20I%20thought%20it%20might%20explode%20in%20the%20microwave.%20%20But%20nope.%20%20It%20was%20really%20good%20and%20not%20too%20sweet.%20%20Here's%20my%20version:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20the%20first%203%20ingredients%20in%20a%20mug%20or%20bowl%20(microwaveable).%20%20Add%20the%20%22EnerG%22%20egg%20and%20mix%20well.%20%20Then%20add%20the%20almond%20milk%20and%20water.%20%20Mix%20it%20up%20really%20well%20so%20it's%20not%20lumpy.%20%20Microwave%20on%20High%20for%203%20minutes.%20%20You%20might%20want%20to%20keep%20an%20eye%20on%20it%20your%20first%20time,%20just%20to%20make%20sure%20it%20doesn't%20overflow%20or%20anything%20like%20that.%20%20Wait%20until%20it%20stops%20rising%20(mine%20didn't%20rise%20much)%20and%20let%20it%20cool%20for%20a%20few%20minutes.%20%20It's%20not%20too%20sweet,%20so%20you%20might%20want%20to%20up%20the%20agave,%20or%20sugar,%20or%20put%20some%20frosting%20on%20it,%20if%20you%20like%20really%20sweet%20cake.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20will%20actually%20be%20watching%20the%20Superbowl%20tomorrow,%20due%20to%20the%20fact%20that%20I%20live%20in%20New%20Orleans.%20%20It's%20a%20first%20for%20the%20Saints,%20so%20I%20feel%20I%20should%20be%20loyal%20:)%20%20Although%20in%20general,%20I'm%20not%20a%20sports%20fan.%20%20I%20think%20I'm%20going%20to%20make%20some%20vegan%20chili%20for%20the%20event,%20since%20we%20do%20have%20someone%20coming%20over%20to%20watch%20(this%20of%20course%20will%20be%20on%20my%20small%2020%22%20computer%20screen,%20since%20we%20don't%20own%20a%20TV).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEat%20smart%20and%20Geaux%20Saints!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ET.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
