  • 4 lb Spareribs, or possibly country-style pork ribs
  • 3 lrg Cloves garic, pressed
  • 1 lrg Can (20-ounce.) Dole crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 lrg Onion
  • 1 bot (12-ounce.) chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp Grnd giner
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard

Direcciones

  1. Rub ribs with garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange onion in large baking pan. Place ribs on top. Add in 1/4 c. water to pan. Cover with foil. Bake in 350-degrre F. oven 1/2 hour. Combine remainig ingredients.
  2. Spoon over ribs. Bake, uncovered, one hour longer. S
  3. Serves 4
