  • 4 c. halved strawberries
  • 1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
  • 1 pkg. cook & serve sugar free vanilla Jello pudding
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. lite cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. water
  • Equal sweetener to taste
  • 2 tbsp. Cold Whip lite

Direcciones

  1. Line bottom of 9" pie plate with halved strawberries; set aside. Mix pudding with 2 c. water and bring to boil. Add in Jello gelatin to pudding (dry) after pudding comes to a boil. Mix thoroughly and pour over strawberries in pie plate. Put mix in refrigerator and refrigeratetill completely set.
  2. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and Cold Whip. Blend thoroughly at room temperature. Add in 1 to 2 pkgs. of Equal. Spread over pie mix and refrigerate1 hour. Very low calorie. Strawberries may be substituted for any fresh or possibly canned fruit. Use same flavor Jello as fruit you use.
