Acerca de mí
I grew up watching and learning from my Italian and German grandmothers as well as my mother. I don't care for things like hot dogs and mac & cheese so I have creatively found things from around my house that my kids may enjoy. They are both adults and still love things with cheese which I would agree with. My grandmothers favorite thing was to slice up cheese first for her grandkids and then for her great grandkids. Our favorite dish that she cooked was gnocci which she usually cooked with a wild duck or pheasant tomato sauce Yum! My German grandmother made some wonderful dishes with fruits and something that I thought she called German Stuedal made in a pot with potatoes and bacon and she wrapped some of the meat in a dough and cooked it in the pan. I made it once a long time ago but now I look for short cuts and easy to make recipes without much frying nor too many unhealthy oils. Especially since I already have a bad habit of getting into chocolate.
