Receta Deviled Crab In Cucumber Cups

Ingredientes
- 3 c. cooked crab meat, flake
- 2 x hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 1/4 c. lemon grass, sliced fin
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. nam-prik pao
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. scallions, minced.
- 2 Tbsp. coriander leaves, chop cucumber for garnish
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and fill cucumber c.. To make cucumber c. - Peel and cut cucumber crosswise approximately 3 inches thick, and scoop out seeds to make c.. Mix 1/2 c. white vinegar with 1/2 c. water, 1 Tbs. salt, and 1/4 c. sugar. Add in the cucumber c. and marinate for about 1/2 hour, then drain off and throw away liquid.
