Janis...I love your opening statement about wine.
Believe it or not...I honestly use more wine in my food than what I actually drink ;o)

I took a quick look around your recipes and I think I'd like to try making Maple syrup potatoes and those smoked almonds would probably turn out to be one of my favourites ;o)
