Acerca de mí
I am 38 years old married with 3 children. I have had a passion for cooking as long as I can remember. I remember sitting on the counter and helping my mother cook at the age of about 6. There were nights she would let me cook dinner for the whole family. I would make up a menu and have them choose what they wanted ( granted the things I cooked were not much, but I have always loved cooking for people.)
My passion is Asian food mainly Korean, although I love all Asian food. Some may be offended by this but I believe American food is for the most part boring. I love all international cuisine and love to try new things. I am on a mission to try and find something I do not like, and have not found it yet. I tell my kids that they must at least try something first before they say they don't care for it. Food is also a passion for my oldest son (he is 16), it gives me pride to say, "Some of his recipes I will not even try to compete with, I don't stand a chance." When he graduates he wants to go to culinary school. A dream that someday maybe I still can do.
