Hi Julie,
Being the "computer illiterate" that I am, I stumbled across you on my way to looking for simple, easy recipes. I'm SO glad I found you!
I am an American who grew up with 2 of the most beautiful women who taught me it's not so much the ingredients that's important...it's the LOVE you put in to cooking that matters.
The dishes I prepare for my husband and I are primarily Italian and Southern (modified to my liking). I gave up on trying to "cook for two" so there's always plenty to share with neighbors and husband co-workers :D
