Just love your profile pic! Thanks for the follow. I agree that panettone makes the best bread pudding. It has the perfect balance of breadiness, sweet and fruit. I will make it with eggnog this Christmas. And just to share..I made bread pudding with leftover, flavorful seeded (sesame) Italian bread. It had a nice texture and tasted great! Keep posting. N
