How have you progressed in your cooking? I purchased a Fagor 6 qt about a month ago and I am having tremendous trouble getting things right. All my meat comes out tough or dry or both. I only cook for myself so I don't get very adventurous. However, I am hopeful. I am cooking chicken breasts and another roast tonight. I hope you are still trying to make this work. Would love to hear from someone who "has been there."
