Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Butter Flavor Crisco
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8x8x2 inch pan with Butter Flavor Crisco. Set aside.
- 2. Combine Butter Flavor Crisco and lowfat milk in large saucepan. Place on low heat till Butter Flavor Crisco melts. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar. Add in egg. Stir till well blended.
- 3. Combine flour, baking pwdr and salt. Stir into sugar mix. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread proportionately into baking pan.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 27 to 30 min, or possibly till a wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cold in pan. Cut into 2x2 inch squares. 16 squares.
