I'm a mom who loves to cook and I'm taking on the challenge of making magazine recipes at home; without a sous chef, without a test kitchen, without an endless food budget. The result is the truth about how well a recipe comes together, how good it tastes, and how accurate the ingredients and instructions are. For those who want to know before they try, this is for you.
Influencias de Cocina
My heritage is Armenian, my birthplace is France and my mother is Belgian. I've lived in Lebanon and the United States and have traveled extensively all around the world, falling in love with the cuisines of each country I visited or lived. Aside from my mother, who is an amazing cook and can not only make a breadth of dishes but can also stretch a few dollars into many amazing meals, I watch Iron Chef America very closely. I am enthralled with the creativity, skill, poise, speed and discipline that the chefs have in the kitchen. In their hands cooking is an art form, something that I strive for. It's not a chore; it's art.

- 01 de Noviembre de 2011Hello mom chef iron chefs is one of my faves also I watch it faithfully and my husband knows that I get the tv when its on lol actually he is hooked just as much since he started watching it with me we have been cooking together and try all sorts of dishes last weekend we did homemade tamales we made over 110 of them and our families came over and enjoyed them we were glad they did
