Growing up in south eastern Pennsylvania, the Amish influence was very strong. PA Dutch country influenced the foods in the area. Lancaster, Pa is a wonderful place to experience Amish food and culture. They not only have fabulous foods they make the most beautiful quilts, crafts, woodworkings you will ever see.
