Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 c. Flour
- 4 x Large eggs
- 5 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Mix butter, sugar and Large eggs in a large bowl. Next add in vanilla extract. Stir in lowfat milk and then baking pwdr. Fold flour in gently. Bake at 350F for 30 min or possibly till cake center bounces back from slight pressure.
- NOTES : This also make good cupcakes. I filled regular sized cupcake pan 3/4 full and baked at 350F for about 18-20 min. This made about 20 cupcakes.
