Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening (half butter)
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 c. cake flour
- 4 x Large eggs
- 4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Direcciones
- Cream butter and shortening add in sugar, beat well. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating after eachaddition. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt three times. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to creamedmixture, saving 3 Tbsp. flour mix for final mixing. Add in vanilla. Bake in greased tube pan at 350 F for 1 hour. Cold; frost or possibly sprinkle with sugar.
