Receta 20 Minute Hamburger Skillet Stew

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Lean grnd beef^
- 1 lrg Onion, sliced wafer-thin
- 4 x Carrots, sliced wafer-thin
- 2 x Potatoes, halved, sliced
- 3 x Ribs celery, sliced wafer thin
- 1 c. Boiling water
- 2 tsp Beef extract Or possibly bouillon
- 2 x Bay leaves
- 1/4 tsp Dry thyme Salt Or possibly garlic salt Pepper
- 1/4 c. Dry red wine Or possibly tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. All purp flour
Direcciones
- Use melon baller and shape meat into tiny meatballs. Brown in skillet.
- Throw away any fat. Stir onion into skillet and cook 1 minutes. Add in boiling water or possibly broth and extract or possibly bouillon. Add in remaining veggies, seasonings. Cover, cook over low heat, 15 mins till vegs are tender. Combine wine or possibly water and flour in covered jar. Shake and stir into skillet. Cook and stir till sauce is thick, 4 mins.
