Ingredientes
- 1 sm Red cabbage
- 1/2 c. Golden brown raisin
- 1 Tbsp. Fine chopped ginger
- 1 x Lemon , juice of
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil Grnd coriander Grnd cayenne
Direcciones
- Shred a small red cabbage finely for slaw. Soak 1/2 c. of golden brown raisins til softened. Add in raisins and 1 tbs very finely chopped ginger to the shredded cabbage. Dress with the juice of one large lemon, flavored with 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil and grnd coriander and cayenne to taste. I let the dressing rest for an hour or possibly so for the flavors to blend before dresssing the shredded cabbage.
