Receta 7 Up Strawberry Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 box Duncan Hines strawberry cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. 7 Up
- 1 box (3 ounce) strawberry Jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cool water
- 1 tub frzn strawberries (approximately 1 lb)
- 8 ounce Cold Whip
Direcciones
- Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix above ingredients together, bake at 30 to 35 min or possibly till inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool, invert cake onto cake tray.
- Dissolve Jello in hot water, then add in cold water. Pierce holes on cooled cake. Pour Jello over entire surface of cake. Place strawberries (partially thawed) over surface of cake. As strawberries thaw, syrup will heat into cake. Chill cake. Just before serving, frost top of cake with Cool Whip.
