- ¼ cup pineapple juice (you can just use from the pineapple ring can)
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 8 pineapple rings
- 8 maraschino cherries
- 4 TBSP butter
- For the Brown Sugar Sauce:
- 2 TBSP pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
