Receta A Zingy Colourful Coleslaw

Ingredientes
- 1/2 sm White cabbage, shredded Few leaves red radicchio lettuce
- 1 sm Red onion
- 1 sm White onion
- 1 x Yellow pepper, roasted
- 1 x Orange pepper, roasted
- 2 dsp honey
- 2 dsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- To prepare the vegetables for the coleslaw, slice the cabbage very finely along with the red and white onions. Tear the red lettuce into small pcs and mix with the other ingredients. Prepare the peppers by cutting into strips, removing the seeds and grilling for 2 min on either side. This improves and sweetens the flavour of the peppers.
- Prepare the dressing, by mixing together the honey, lime juice, salt, pepper and mustard till smooth and well blended. Pour over the salad ingredients, toss well, then serve.
