Ingredientes
- 2 c. Cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk or possibly water
- 1/2 c. Veg. oil or possibly bacon grease
Direcciones
- Mix thoroughly cornmeal, salt, baking pwdr and lowfat milk. Put oil or possibly grease in a skillet; heat. Let crust form. Give a good stir and lower heat to simmer. Cover. Cook 15 min. Serve with lowfat milk and sugar or possibly with syrup.
