- 4 Tbsp. Crushed garlic
- 6 ounce Fresh lime juice
- 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 6 x Well trimmed New York Strips cut to, (14-oz) 2-inch thick
- Salt and freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients to create a paste.
- NEW YORK STRIP:Salt and pepper the meat. Rub liberally with adovado marinade.
- Grill to desired temperature.
