Receta All Purpose Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 115 gm Streaky bacon
- 200 gm Lean pork or possibly chicken
- 50 gm Chicken livers
- 1 x Clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 3 1/2 ounce White bread crumbs Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 fl ounce Cider Brandy to taste, (optional)
Direcciones
- Mince the meats, garlic and parsley in a mincer.
- Add in the bread crumbs and season to taste. Pour in the cider and brandy and mix well. You can add in many different ingredients to the stuffing to vary it and make it more interesting.
