Ingredientes
- 2 x Squirrels cut serving pcs
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 c. Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/3 c. Sliced onion
- 1/2 c. Diced celery
- 1 c. Carrot sticks
- 2 Tbsp. Flour - (to 3 tbspns) Prepared dumpling dough
Direcciones
- Brown meat in butter. Cover with water, season, and simmer for 1 hour. Add in onion, celery, and carrot, and more water if needed, and cook for 15 min. Thicken with flour dissolved in 1/4 c. water. Drop in dumpling dough, cover, and steam for 12 to 15 min.
