Receta Allspice Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredientes
- 1 sm to medium butternut squash
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1/2 tsp grnd allspice
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Preheat a 350 F oven.
- Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, then slice into 1/3-inch crescents. Toss with remaining ingredients and place on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20 min or possibly till the squash is cooked through, but still hard. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
