Receta Almond Oil Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 x egg yolks
- 1 tsp mustard, French
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed
- 1/3 c. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar, white
- 1 tsp lemon, juice of
- 1/2 tsp sugar (caster)
- 1 c. almond oil
- 1/10 tsp white pepper
- 1/10 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients except almond oil in a bowl and whisk well.
- Gradually whisk in almond oil in a thin stream.
- Dressing should be creamy.
- Use to dress green bean, asparagus, broccoli salads and finish with toasted sliced almonds.
