Receta Aloo Mattar Ke Chop

Ingredientes
- 500 gm Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
- 25 gm Cornflour
- 25 gm Rice flour Salt to taste
- 100 ml Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds oil, (2 g)
- 100 gm Frzn green peas, blanched
- 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr, (2 g)
- 4 x Green chillies, minced fine
- 20 gm Coriander leaves, minced fine 5 g ginger, julienned Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Add in cornflour, rice flour and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Heat a little oil and season with cumin seeds. When they crackle, add in green peas and all the remaining ingredients. Cook for a while and remove from heat.
- Divide the mashed potato into lemon sized portions. Roll into c. shapes and put a little green pea filling into each. Close the c. and shape into patties.
- Shallow fry in oil on a warm tawa over medium heat until brown. Serve warm with mint chutney.
