Receta Amber Cucumber Relish

Ingredientes
- 12 x Cucumbers
- 6 x White onions
- 1/2 c. Salt Water to cover
- 1 quart Distilled white vinegar
- 2 c. Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Mustard seed
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 Tbsp. Tumeric
Direcciones
- Peel & chop cucumbers & onions. Add in salt & sufficient water to cover. Let stand 1 hour. Drain off brine. Boil vinegar, sugar & spices together for 20 min. Add in vegetables. Cook slowly till tender & all the ingredients have become yellowish. Pack into warm, sterilized jars. Seal. Process in boiling water bath for 10 min.
- Makes 4-5 pints.
