Ingredients: 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast; 3 c. bread flour; 3 Tbsp. wheat germ; 3 Tbsp. wheat bran; 1 3/4 tsp salt; 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar; 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil; 2 x garlic cloves chopped; 2 Tbsp. parsley fresh minced; 1 1/4 c. water

Ingredientes

1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
3 c. bread flour
3 Tbsp. wheat germ
3 Tbsp. wheat bran
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 x garlic cloves chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley fresh minced
1 1/4 c. water

Direcciones

Add in all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the BASIC bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cold before slicing. Serve plain or possibly toasted.
Makes 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
