Ingredientes

  • Don't USE ANY METAL UTENSILS.

  1. Day 1 Pour one pint of starter into gallon glass jug, add in one large can of sliced peaches and its juice, cut each peach into 4 pcs. Add in 2 1/2 C. SUGAR AND STIR EVERY DAY FOR TEN DAYS.
  2. Cover jar with saucer and leave sitting at room temperature. Don't COVER TIGHT Or possibly Chill.
  3. Day 10 Add in one 16 ounce can of chunk pineapple and it juice, cut each chunk in half, add in 2 1/2 c. of sugar and STIR EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS. Your color has changed and your fruit will foam when stirred.
  4. Day 20 Add in 2 small jars of maraschino cherries. Slice each cherry in half.
  5. The cherries will your juice back its pinkish color. Add in 2 1/2 c. of sugar and STIR EVERY DAY FOR 10 DAYS.
  6. Day 31 You are ready to bake and will need the following ingredients for three cakes.
  7. Step 1 You need 3 golden brown Cake mixes, 3 boxes of vanilla instant pudding, 1 dozen Large eggs, 2 c. Wesson oil, 3 c. raisins, walnuts, pecans and coconut.
  8. 3 of each of the nuts.
  9. Step 2 Drain fruit into large bowl. Pour juice into 3 pint jars. These are new starters, one for you and two for friends, plus a copy of this recipe.
  10. Cake must be started within 3 days after receiving the starter.
  11. Step 3 Preheat oven to 300 degrees (275 degrees if gas). Grease and flour the pans. You will need three pans which fit into the oven at the same time.
  12. Bake for 1 hour and 25 min.
  13. Step 4 For one cake, pour one box of cake mix, one box of pudding, 4 Large eggs, 2/3 c. of oil and 1 1/2 c. liquid removed fruit into large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon only. Don't USE ELECTRIC MIXER. Add in 1 c. each of raisins, pecans, walnuts and coconut.
  14. DO THIS FOR EACH CAKE
  15. Don't USE METAL UTENSILS OF ANY KIND.
