Receta Amish Homemade Zucchini Bread

Ingredientes
- 3 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. zucchini, shredded
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs till foamy. Stir in sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla. Gradually add in dry ingredients and spices. Stir in nuts. Pour into bread pans that have been greased only on the bottoms. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 80 min. Cool 10 min. Remove from pans and cool completely. Makes 2 loaves.
