  1. I use 4 cups whole wheat flour and 4 cups white flour.
  2. Using wire whisk, beat till thoroughly mixed then add in pancake mix to desired thickness, approximately 2 1/ cups. Blueberries may be added to batter.NOTE: Powdered lowfat milk may be used in that case water would be substituted for liquid. These are light and fluffy pancakes even with whole wheat flour.
