- For Tadka -
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- few curry leaves
- a pinch of hing
- 1 garlic clove, mashed
- 2 red chillies
- 1 tsp oil
