Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 c. Soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Onion, finely minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Combine the first 7 ingredients; mixwell. Shape into 1" balls. In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain. Place in a 2-1/2 quart baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 min or possibly till meatballs are done.
- Yield: about 3 dozen.
