Receta APPLE AND CHIVE SALAD WITH CASHEW BUTTER DRESSING

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 Ounces Manchego Cheese, matchstick
- 3 Whole Green Apples, matchstick
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/8 Cup Shallots
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter with Cardamom
- 1/2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1 Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix manchego, apples and chives in a bowl. Mix all other ingredients together until Betsy’s Best Gourmet Cashew Butter is dissolved or blend in a blender. Pour over apple mixture and gently toss. Serve right away
