Ingredientes
- 4 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Minced Apples
- 1 c. Minced Nuts Preheat oven to 350 deg F.
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt and set aside. Combine sugar, Large eggs, oil, lowfat sour cream and vanilla, beating well. Blend into flour mix.
- Mix in apples and nuts and pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake 1 hour or possibly till loaves test done.
- Males 2 loaves.
