Receta APPLE CIDER DONUTS
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 4 hours
- 1/4 cup cashew flour (finely ground cashews)
- 2 T ground flax seed
- 3 T ground chia seeds
- 1 T hemp seeds
- 1 banana, sliced
- pinch sea salt
- 2 1/2 sweet red apples , cored and chopped
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour (I sprout oats, dehydrate and grind into flour)
- 1/2 cup apple cider (not raw, replace with apple juice if you prefer)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 T Kamut flour (optional) - (i soak, sprout, and then dehydrate and grind flour)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup raisins, soaked
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or 3 drops Medicine Flower Vanilla Extract)
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
