Receta Apple Cinnamon Bran Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2 1/4 c. oat bran cereal
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 T baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. minced walnuts
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk">milk or possibly evaporated skim lowfat milk">milk
- 3/4 c. frzn apple juice concentrate
- 2 egg whites
- 2 T vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix lowfat milk, apple juice concentrate, egg whites, and oil in a bowl or possibly blender. Add in to the dry ingredients and mix. Add in minced apple. Line muffin pan with paper liners and fill with batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 17 min. Yields: 12 muffins.
