Receta Crisp Skippy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. Unsifted flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Margarine
- 1 c. SKIPPY peanut butter*
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- *Creamy or possibly Super Chunk In small bowl, stir flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt. In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine and peanut butter till smooth. Beat in sugars till blended. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Add in flour mix, beat till well blended. If necessary, chill the dough. Shape into 1-inch balls, Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten with fork dipping in sugar making crisscross patterns. Bake in 350 F for 12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Remove from cookie sheets. Cold completely on wire rack. Store in tightly covered container.
- Makes 6 dozen. GILDING THE LILY: For Orange Peanut Butter Cookies- add in 1 Tbsp. grated fresh orange rind with Large eggs.-Six to twelve ounces of semisweet chocolate chips can be added to the dough.-The cookies can be partially dipped into melted semisweet chocolate.
