Receta Apple Croissants
Ingredientes
- 4 apples (peeled and sliced thin)
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 3 T molasses
- 3 T honey
- 3 T maple syrup
- 2 T brown sugar
- Pillsbury croissant dough
Direcciones
- Place ingredients into pot. Add in splash of apple juice. Cover and boil till excess liquid is gone. Cool down when mix browns and thickens. Grease flat pan or possibly cookie sheet. Roll 8 triangles from dough. Fill triangles with 2 tbsp of cooled mix. Roll with pointed corner faced down in pan. Brush top of croissants with 1 well beaten egg. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min till golden.
