  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • 1 1/2 x Macintosh Apples core/peel/slice
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 dsh Salt
  • 2 x Egg Yolks
  • 2 x Egg Whites
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 3 Tbsp. Skim Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix 2 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon. Heat butter in 10" iron skillet. Swirl sugar/cinnamon mix over all. Arrange apple slices in skillet and cook 5 min over low heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 400. Mix flour, salt, egg yolks, baking pwdr, and lowfat milk. Beat egg whites with 3 Tbsp. sugar till soft peaked. Fold into flour mix. Pour batter over apple slices and bake 10 min. Remove from pan by inverting on plate.
