Receta Apple dumplings
Ingredientes
- 1 sheet of puff pastry cut into 6 squares
- 1 gala apple, quartered and sliced thin
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 400°
- in a bowl mix together apples, raisins, sugar, flour and pumpkin spice
- place 4-s slices of apple and about a teaspoon of the sugar mixture in the center of the square
- fold up the corners and pinch the ends closed
- place on parchment lined baking sheet
- brush the tops with the egg wash
