Receta Apple Filled Squash
Ingredientes
- 3 Acorn Squash
- 2 T. Butter, melted
- 1 Can Apple Pie slices (1 Lb. can)
- ¾ C. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 t. Lemon Juice
- ¼ t. Ginger
- 3 T. Butter
- Salt
- Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with a little salt. Place cut-side down in baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Combine the remaining ingredients (except 3 tablespoons butter), and fill squash. Dot with butter and bake for 25 minutes more. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
