Receta Apple Gingerbread

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. Solid shortening
- 1/3 c. Granulated white sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Molasses
- 1 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2/3 c. Strained applesauce
Direcciones
- Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat egg; add in molasses; mix well.
- Sift together three times the flour, soda, cinnamon, ginger and salt. Add in to creamed mix alternately with applesauce. Bake in a greased pan in a 350 degree oven for 45 min. Cold slightly.
- Serves eight.
