Receta Apple Muffins Sweet N Low

Ingredientes
- 1 2/3 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 2 tsp or possibly 8 packs Sweet N Low
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 2/3 c. Skim Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Shortening, melted
- 1 c. about 2 medium Apple, diced
Direcciones
- Sift four, Sweet N Low, Baking pwdr, salt, and spices in bowl. Combine egg, lowfat milk, and shortening; add in to dry ingredients; blend till moistened. Don't overmix; batter should be lumpy. Mix in chopped apples. Preheat oven to 400. Line muffin pan with paper c.. Pour 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 min. If baking liners are not used grease muffin pan.
