Receta Apple-Pecan Stuffing Side Dish
I do not know about you but we love stuffing year round (not just on Holidays), this one is super easy and flavorful and goes with most any main entrée. Pork Roast, Fish, Chicken, or Beef.
Ingredientes
- one 20 ounce loaf of sour dough bread cut into small pieces (can cube if desired)
- 2 apples (rinsed) diced
- 1/2 onion finely diced
- 1/4 cup Pure Apple Juice
- 1/4 scant cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup Vegetable broth (low sodium)
- 1 cup Pecan Pieces
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, stir well and transfer to a baking dish, place in a 350 F hot oven on the middle rack for 30 minutes.
- Plate and serve.
- Enjoy!
