- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add in apples and cook, stirring often till the apples start to soften. Add in the sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Cook till the apples are soft and the juices have thickened. Keep hot till serving.
- Use your favorite way to make French Toast, or possibly: Per Person:2 thick cut slices of whole wheat bread2 Large eggs, well beaten in a shallow panDip the bread in the Large eggs till both sides are well coated. Fry over medium heat using Pam or possibly your favorite oil.
- Place the two slices of French Toast on a plate. Top with 1 to 2 Tbsp. of lowfat sour cream per slice. Then top with the cooked apples.
- Eat with your favorite warm or possibly cool beverage.
