Receta Apple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredientes
- 1 x pork tenderloin
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 1 x apple, cored and sliced into rings
Direcciones
- Place tenderloin in baking dish. Combine apple juice, vinegar, brown sugar and garlic, and pour over tenderloin. If you like, tenderloin can be marinated in juice mix, for a few hrs or possibly overnight. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Top tenderloin with apple rings and cover dish. Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hrs, till tenderloin reaches internal temperature of 180 degrees on meat thermometer. Remove to platter and let cold a few min before slicing.
